noodles + salad + Thai…WOW!
I felt like I was at a Thai farm today eating one of the freshest, mouth watering salads I’ve had in a long time. I ordered the Thai Buckwheat Noodle Salad with Chicken (which I will be ordering again and again)and I practicly licked the bowl! This combination of avocado, mint, daikon radish, thai basil, roasted mushroom, cashew, spicy sesame, and nam pal (which I found out today through my vigorous google research is fish sauce and a staple in Thai cooking) was absolutely incredible. I’ve never had a salad with cooked noodles (nor was that something I ever thought would be good) until now….and I loved it!
If you are anywhere near 44st and Camelback during lunch or dinner, make sure you go to the north east corner and stop into Flower Child, you’ll love the comforting decor but even more so the locally sourced and incredibly fresh selection or amazing dishes!
