Second Annual Beaujolais Nouveau Wine Celebration

Calling all foodie aficionados and novice sommeliers! In Beaujolais France, growers of the region honor the end of the harvest season by capturing the youth and vibrancy of the first haul to bottle and celebrate. Channeling the lively spirit of the wine season, the Phoenix Sister Cities’ Grenoble, France Committee and the Alliance Française of Greater Phoenix have teamed up to bring the Beaujolais Nouveau celebration to Arizona.

Upon arriving at the Herberger Theater in downtown Phoenix, guests will be greeted with a rustic French buffet and sounds of French indie-Folk singer Cécile Hortensia. Spend the evening sipping the newly released Beaujolias Nouveau wine from the famed Georges Duboeuf Vineyard in good company, and be sure to check out the wine baskets in the silent auction.

Join the celebration on November 22nd at 6 p.m. Tickets are $40 for Phoenix Sister Cities and Alliance Française of Greater Phoenix Members;
$45 for non-members and at the door.

All proceeds benefit Phoenix Sister Cities programs and business, cultural and youth exchanges with sister city Grenoble, France, and Alliance Française of Greater Phoenix.
