The Dish: Sunday Brunch
The Place: Bentley Scottsdale Polo Championships
The Location: WestWorld of Scottsdale

We haven’t spent much time writing on events throughout the valley, but that’s obviously going to change as the season’s now upon us! October 25th and 26th, spend your days sipping champagne field-side for America’s largest Polo Party and divot stomping action at the 4th Annual Bentley Scottsdale Polo Championships: Horses & Horsepower.

Visit www.thepoloparty.com and buy your brunch ticket NOW to the Bentley Champagne Lounge sponsored by Cullum Homes.

The Bentley Champagne Lounge is one of the many new exciting additions to the event this year! In addition to tent field-side seating, a reservation in the Bentley Champagne Lounge includes one complimentary adult beverage, full access to an exquisite buffet brunch, and admission to both polo matches and all other festivities on Sunday. So, raise your glass and toast to America’s biggest polo party!

The buffet brunch, provided by the Valley’s very own M Catering, is served at 11 a.m. on Sunday, October 26th. The tasty menu features breakfast specialties like hazelnut waffles with cinnamon pears and chantilly cream, and lunch delights like citrus and honey glazed roasted turkey, chile-soy soba noodle salad, and pan-braised cod.

In addition to the champagne brunch, don’t forget to sit back and enjoy Sunday’s matches from one of the best seats in the house. At 12:30 p.m., the USPA Governor’s Cup will kick-off, commemorating the United States Polo Association’s decision to hold its Annual Meeting in conjunction with this year’s event, followed by an All-Star match featuring the captain of Haiti’s polo team, Claude-Alix Bertrand. Sunday’s action will also showcase Julio Arellano, as well as many other the top polo players in the U.S. and Patrick Uretz of Westmont College in Santa Barbara, the top collegiate polo player in the U.S.

The Bentley Scottsdale Polo Championships open with two more must-see matches on Saturday, October 25th. The Gay Polo League are making their debut in a competitive match against the Arizona Polo Club, followed by the “Battle of the Sexes” match-up showcasing powerhouse Sunny Hale, and other international stars competing for the Women’s World All-Star Team against the defending champions, the Clogau Wales Polo Team. Tickets for Saturday can be purchased at www.thepoloparty.com.

Brunch reservations are only $75. Limited spots available. Interested in brunching with one of the event’s star players? Visit www.thepoloparty.com for more information on this and other exciting extras!
